Its good to see that you are following the “mandate” of your directors and venturing away some from the long busy days of the conference. I enjoyed the account of your “outing” and the various “tastes of Denmark.” Thanks for the photos and the entertaining comments on your short respite to enjoy some Christmas glug, the Kirkegaard Garden, and Roskilde. I enjoyed gliding along with my pleasant visions of your side trip, but I did have a moment of pause as I pondered your comments about the high prices of living, the 25% VAT, and the restrictions on marriage to foreigners! Since I have not been to Denmark, I found all of real interest. I send continued wishes of good fortune with your visit and your work with the conference. I look forward to more news about all.
